At Invisible Friend, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location. You will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
